Sales & Distribution Account Manager
This is a key role that supports the ability to successfully distribute products and services through the distribution partner network globally.
In this new role, based in Baar, you will be taking over the following tasks:
Act as first point of contact for distribution partners, fielding questions and requests and/or facilitating information via wider organization where necessary Coordinate and ensure the successful onboarding of new distribution partners, including ensuring product and services training, collateral distribution, onboarding to shared tools and processes, and policy training and sign-off Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting across internal Sales team and external distribution partners Evaluate distributor performance on an ongoing basis and proactively identify issues, mitigate risks and raise concerns to relevant stakeholders as required Central point of contact to lead or coordinate operational and project based activities, working with the marketing, research, product strategy and business development teams Gather and communicate distributor feedback to the relevant product and business development teams on an ongoing basis Support the company's Sales Distribution team in administrative and organisational tasks as well as ad-hoc special projects as required

Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales and distribution in an international corporation Adaptable work style with positive attitude and a service-oriented personality Organized, with strong attention to detail and responsiveness Self-starter, used to working independently but also under supervision Ability to project manager, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks Experience working in a fast paced and agile environment with constant change Confidence to engage and liaise with stakeholders at different levels of seniority across the company Active contributor and collaborator in a team environment Excellent communicator: verbal, written and presentation skills Passion for the technology industry and its best practices Strong desire to learn, highly motivated along with a professional drive If you are interested to learn more about this versatile role please don't hesitate to submit your application by mail.
