Project & Portfolio Manager
As part of further growing company with a strong focus in the blockchain industry these are the details:
Role and Responsibilities
Solid experience as Project manager & Project Delivery
Defining project scope, milestones and project plans
Solid experience as Portfolio Manager including demonstrable experience in program planning, P&L, risks and issues management, resource management, dependency management and reporting
Ability to build effective relationships with business and wider team members
High energy level, intelligence, maturity and unquestionable integrity with a team orientation
Ability to work in a global team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders
Strong business acumen; ability to understand the interests of clients
Collaborative team worker who creates a climate of cooperation and inclusion across all functions and regions
Good leadership, presentation and influencing skills over peers, business partners, clients and associates
Demonstrates ownership, accountability and proactivity
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
Strong finance/budgeting skills
Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation and leading and participating in global teams
Engage with senior business leaders including C-level
|
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
PMP/IPMA or a similar certification is required
Desire to work hands-on, both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Proven experience of Scrum methodology and practices
Excellent communication and written skills in English e.g. to prepare presentations, presenting to peers and being able to sell new ideas and solutions
Blockchain experience a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive complex project with minimal oversight
