Job Duties: For our customer, a Swiss-based international commodities trading company, we're looking for a financial specialist with administrative responsibilities (m/f/d) to join the small professional team to ensure flawless accounting process, communication with banks and other occasional administrative matters.
Functions: - Manage and verify payroll - Support the interaction with the banks on daily transactions, documentary collections, LC, etc. - Social security administration, interact with insurance companies and tax authorities - Joint responsibility for preparation of tax reporting and VAT settlement - Process and provide support to the accounting team, at month end or when required - Assistance with external audits - Support the team with administrative tasks, accounts receivable/ payable, etc.

Job Requirements: - Professional experience in similar role - Knowledge of payroll procedures and related taxation - Flexible, responsible, independent and a team player - Attention to details and analytical mindset - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Bexio is advantage) - Good communication skills in German and English are essential - Work permit for Switzerland.
